Hamish Fletcher is the sole partner in this Nelson Law firm.  Wife, DaNeille is Operations Manager and together they are a team who strives for the best for both clients and staff.

You don’t have to deal with a raft of people before you get to the top. Our firm has a commitment to make ourselves available in most cases whether a client makes an appointment or just pops in for a chat.

We have a duty to the client to be up front in relation to costs.  From the first meeting, we gather all information and from that meeting communicate an estimate value of your work.  This allows for both client and lawyer to know what is expected, within an agreed time frame and at a specified cost.  One of our point of differences is our immediate attention to the job at hand and the importance of its deadline to you, the client.  The firm’s clients have evolved from over 80 years of the Fletcher Family practicing law in Nelson across three generations.  

The legacy began with Vern Fletcher in the 1930's who started a firm in Nelson that still exists today. In the 1950's Hamish's father Ron Fletcher was the Senior Partner at Fletcher and Moore. Ron remains a consultant of the firm and a number of Vern's clients have produced further generations, many of whom are represented by Hamish today.
