Sarah has over a decade of legal experience in both New Zealand and London, specialising in corporate, commercial and finance.

Sarah worked at Bell Gully in Wellington for several years in both their Corporate/Commercial Group and their Finance Group.  She then moved to London where she worked in the Structured Finance Group at “magic circle” international law firm Linklaters LLP and the Structured Finance Group and the Real Estate Finance Group at Ashurst LLP.  Following the global crash, Sarah developed a particular expertise in the restructuring of property assets and enhanced this knowledge during her time as a Director in the Global Restructuring Group at the Royal Bank of Scotland PLC, leading the legal team within this group.

She has recently returned to her home town of Nelson and joined our team at Hamish Fletcher Lawyers, where she focusses on commercial and finance related work.
