Jack is positioned as the firm’s Business Manager while also providing legal advice as a solicitor. Jack assists in managing the firm’s day to day matters, and takes a particular interest in advising our clients on employment law.
Jack was born and raised in Nelson, being the son of Hamish Fletcher and grandson of Ron Fletcher, both prominent legal figures within the region. After completing his law degree at Victoria University, Jack attended the University of Waikato to undertake a full immersion te reo Māori course and returned to Nelson at the beginning of 2020 to practise law as a fourth generation solicitor in his hometown.
Jack brings a fresh perspective and practical solutions to the firm; he is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes, both legal and non-legal, for our clients and our team members.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys playing golf, and spending time with his friends and family. He is also a proud Board member of the Nelson Cancer Society.
